The American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work (ABE) is the national certification board for advanced clinical social work. While focused on the advanced practitioner, ABE addresses the graduate student community by offering cash awards emblematic of excellence in preparation for clinical practice (the Judith Holm Memorial Student Awards) and a suite of materials focused on confidentiality. At this site, students may find out more about BCD certification (for advanced practitioners), ABE itself, and other resources in the field of clinical social work.
