Free EASNA membership: 

As a BCD-holder, you are entitled to EASNA Member Benefits such as:

• the EASNA Alert, an emailed weekly covering new publications, industry trends, the EASNA conference, etc.;
• a $100 registration discount when attending the EASNA annual conference (next held April 27-29, 2011, at Las Vegas);
• Members Only section on website with research reports and a forum for posting information and questions;
• online training at reduced prices for CE units and professional development hours;
• online membership directory (update your contact information 24/7);
• online Career Services Center for help-wanted announcements or posting your resume to find the ideal job;
• 10% discount on your employer’s sponsorship of our annual conference.

Below are instructions (print them now or set them aside for reference) for accessing the Members Only section on the EASNA website: go to http://www.easna.org, and proceed through Step 1 and Step 2 below:

Step 1

At the BCD sign-up page of EASNA’s website, fill in blanks and click “Join”. A message appears at the top of the screen that says: “The new user, [Name of the New User], was added successfully. An email has been sent to verify your account”.

You’ll receive an email with the following subject line:
[EASNA.org] Verify Your Account
Click on the link within the email message to complete the sign-in process.

Step 2

After completing the verification email, a browser window will open on the EASNA Members Only page. On this page click “Edit Profile” and fill in blanks (Note: no need for “Organization Description”). Then Click “Update Profile” at the bottom of the page. A message appears on screen that says “The member has been updated successfully.”
That completes the process. Be sure to write down your User Name and Password.

To Access the EASNA Website and the Members Only Pages
To access “Members Only” in future, go to www.easna.org and sign in by clicking on the “Members Only” link at upper right. At the “Member Login” page, provide the User Name and Password you chose in Step 2 (above), and you’re in!
